Sun Songs

Sun Songs is a project that seeks to harness a snapshot of the sun’s energy through music. Working with two engineers from Spitfire Audio, we have designed and created an instrument that records sunlight, which is converted into midi data. Sunrises were then recorded in Los Angeles, rural France, London and parts of the UK, which form the soundscapes in these recordings.
